1 May summer season begins, snow melted contingent. Games begin at Delaney 24 May all ages, 21 June non-contact end of season BBQ. 23-24 June Last Frontier 7s contact ages end of season at Alaska Mountain Rugby Grounds.
All Contact, all areas, all U14 and above, both boys and girls, train Tuesdays 7-830 at Delaney beginning 2 May combined style. Anyone playing contact must attend these sessions. Contact requires mouthpieces. Cleats are highly encouraged.
Specific areas of training. Non-contact is U6/U9/U12s. Contact is U14s and High School levels.
Anchorage: non-contact @ Delaney (10th and L) Monday and Wednesday 6-7PM. Contact Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 7-830PM.
Chugiak/Eagle River: non-contact @ Gruening Middle School Monday and Wednesday 6-7PM. Contact Monday, Wednesday 7-830PM until games start 24 May then Wednesdays session will move to Delaney at same time.
Wasilla/Palmer: Monday and Wednesday at Alcantra sports complex.
